CompliChef offers various subscription tiers based on the size and needs of your business. These include access to compliance tools, training modules, task scheduling, rota planning, and AI-powered assistants.
Subscriptions are billed monthly or annually. Payment is processed via PayPal or other supported gateways. All payment details are securely handled by the payment provider; CompliChef does not store card details.
New users may be eligible for a free trial. At the end of the trial, continued use requires selecting a paid plan. Failure to subscribe may result in account suspension.
You may cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings. Cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing period. No refunds are issued for unused time.
We do not offer refunds except in cases of duplicate payments or billing errors. Please contact support@complichef.co.uk for help with billing issues.
You can upgrade or downgrade your plan at any time. Changes will apply immediately or at the next billing cycle depending on your selection. Features may be limited if you downgrade to a lower plan.
All subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled. You will receive a reminder 7 days before renewal. Make sure your payment method is up to date to avoid interruptions.
Some features (e.g., franchise dashboards, offline saving, AI assistants, and advanced insights) are available only on certain plans. Please refer to the pricing page for full feature breakdowns.
